Project description
The construction of a high-efficiency trigeneration unit with a total nominal electrical power of up to 1.0 MW”” included the delivery and implementation of:
A hydrogen electrolyzer with a nominal electrical power requirement of 5 MW and hydrogen production of 1000 Nm³/h.
Hydrogen compressor (50 kg/h)
Hydrogen storage with a capacity of 35 m³ at a pressure of 500 bar.
Hydrogen reduction station (two-stage – 500/40 bar and 40/5 bar)
Hydrogen cogeneration engine with an electrical power of 1MWe and a thermal power of 1.2 MWt
Absorption unit with a cooling capacity of 0.85 MWt.
Closed-type cooling tower
External installations of heating water, chilled water, and cooling water, hydrogen, and nitrogen
Electrical deliveries and works (transformer station, cable lines, UPS)
Deliveries and works of Automation, Control, and Instrumentation (cabinets, DCS, measurements)
