Trigeneration with implementation of green hydrogen – Gaj Oławski
Project description
“The construction of a high-efficiency trigeneration unit with a total nominal electrical power of up to 1.0 MW” included the delivery and implementation of:
• A hydrogen electrolyzer with a nominal electrical power requirement of 5 MW and hydrogen production of 1000 Nm³/h.
• Hydrogen compressor (50 kg/h)
• Hydrogen storage with a capacity of 35 m³ at a pressure of 500 bar.
• Hydrogen reduction station (two-stage – 500/40 bar and 40/5 bar)
• Hydrogen cogeneration engine with an electrical power of 1MWe and a thermal power of 1.2 MWt
• Absorption unit with a cooling capacity of 0.85 MWt.
• Closed-type cooling tower
• External installations of heating water, chilled water, and cooling water, hydrogen, and nitrogen
• Electrical deliveries and works (transformer station, cable lines, UPS)
• Deliveries and works of Automation, Control, and Instrumentation (cabinets, DCS, measurements)
• Construction works
• Commissioning
